Returns

Here at Zen Corgi, we love all of our products and know you will too! All of our products are created for you when you order them. This is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to do it! It keeps us from having to store merchandise and allows us to pass those savings on to you! This does also mean however that we do not accept any returns unless it is a quality problem i.e.: incorrect item was sent, or an item was damaged during shipping.

Please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them, so if there is a problem, we can fix it for you.

If you do have an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at the E-mail address below, so we can get the problem fixed for you as soon as possible.

What to include in the E-mail:

- Photo of item(s)

- Description of the problems

- Name, and Order number

To start a return, contact us at potatothelittlecorgi@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

All products under $50 are $6.95.

All products over $50 are free shipping in the United States

International:

No International sales at this time, we are working on it though ;)
